Risk Management Plan

Possible Risks

● Injury from equipment: We will reduce this risk by educating athletes on how to properly and appropriately use all equipment pertaining to their sport. There will ALWAYS be supervision for each sport to ensure that the athletes are acting accordingly with all equipment.

● Injury from other athletes: We will reduce this risk by educating athletes on how to behave accordingly within their sport to ensure no danger onto other persons. Those who violate the rules will be investigated and punished accordingly.

● Heat related problems: We will reduce this risk by reminding all athletes to practice good hydration techniques that pose risk for heat-related problems. Athletes will also be granted opportunity breaks during training time to prevent heat related problems.
