- When talking to the team use the term “We” to emphasize collectiveness.
- Check in with each player each day to see how they are doing
- End each practice with a positive activity and give athletes choice
- Athletes should be allowed to pick this activity each day.
- Set goals for each practice
- This allows everyone to be on the same page and know what they are working toward.
